Hossegor has to be one of the most relaxed, pretty, fresh and cool places in France. I surfed all day and then sat with friends over a red wine for a beautiful sunset.

The beach breaks are almost reef-like in that there are at least 6 different peaks within 2km of each other, always shifting and changing with the tide. I’ve had some of my best sessions here but it’s always a workout paddling against the imminent current!
