Video shows Softmatic BarcodeFactory doing bulk creation of EAN 13 barcodes. A product table with EAN, product name, and price is created in Apple Numbers (Microsoft Excel would work equally well). The fourth column holds the intended output filename for the respective barcode. The table is selected and copied to the clipboard.

In BarcodeFactory, the field separator is set to TAB, the table is then pasted into the app. For EAN 13, the size is set to SC6 with a height reduction of 50%. Finally, the output format is set to EPS. After selecting an output folder, the software generates the barcodes, doing all necessary data conversion and check digit calculation in the background.
