These quests will become available once you complete "Assault on Broken Shore" and are the next steps of the Breaching the Tomb Legion Quest Achievement. For "Legionfall War Supplies," you will need to collect 100 Legionfall War Supplies. You will already have 25 from completion of "Assault on Broken Shore." Additional Legionfall War Supplies can be obtained from completing Broken Shore World Quests and defeating elite demons that can be seen on the map. There are also chests that occasionally spawn around the Broken Shore that will have a few War Supplies in them (sorry, I wasn't recording when I found one). Once you have 100 Legionfall War Supplies, return to Commander Chambers, who will then offer "Begin Construction." This quest requires you to direct 100 Legionfall War Supplies to one of three construction projects. These construction projects are world efforts (all players contribute) and ultimately will all be completed eventually. Each facility has its own advantages, which can be seen when you right-click the Legionfall Construction Table. The choice of where you want to donate your Legionfall War Supplies does not affect your ability to change where you donate future supplies, so feel free to donate between the different projects. World progress can be seen at the Legionfall Construction Table as well as on the Broken Isles map. Once you have selected where your 100 Legionfall War Supplies will go, speak again with Commander Chambers to turn in this quest and to receive progress for the Breaching the Tomb achievement.
