Hello, you can do this mission in one run if you complete the main objective first in less than 15 minutes.

On your way to the thumper boss fight, you can easily find the extra thumper parts, the 4 passwords with cameras to open the cache near the extraction and do your 5 kills in less than 3 seconds with heavy slam melee attack and fire grenades, leave your Grinner allies behind to defend a position before the wooden bridge and do your kills here.
Once the boss is dead, the mission will be a success. Search the map for genestamps and go to extraction (don't forget to open the cache) once everything is done !
