White Radish Majestic Elephant Rice
Ingredients:
1/2 White Radish about 400 gram, peeled and julienned
1/2 dried Sausage minced (optional)
Pinch of dried Shrimp minced (Optional)
2 cloves of Garlic minced
1 slice of ginger minced
1 cup of Majestic Elephant
Pinch of Salt
1 stalk of Spring Onion diced
Pinch of pepper (Optional )
Pinch of Rock sugar (Optional)
Preparation:
Press “Cook” of the rice cooker
Add a pinch of Vegetable oil (Optional), Sausage, Shrimp, Garlic, Ginger to the rice cooker, stir and fry.
Add White Radish and Pepper and Salt
Add Rice
Add 3 cups of Water, make sure Water level is 1 cm higher than Radish
Make sure it is in “Cook” mode
Add Spring onion when Ricecooker turn to “Keep Warm” mix well.
Cover the rice cooker again. Wait for 5 mins, you meal is ready.

For your skin, we recommend you take some vegetable every meal. Cellulous Fiber of vegetable will bring better digestion which in turns bring better skin.
If you are on diet or want to control your weight for better health or looks more beautiful, take only one rice bowl of this recipe per meal, like our picture shows. Eat nothing more. What make you gain weight is not the type of food you eat. What matters is the amount of food (energy) you in take per meal per day. Be careful, our meal is extremely delicious. One bowl only per meal please.
The portion of our recipe is usually good enough for one person, nice to share also. If there are more people, make the portion times number of persons.
