Rebounder exercise is a great option for lymphedema and lymphatic drainage. Rebounder workouts are used to pump the muscles to improve lymphatic flow and decrease lymphatic congestion. In this video I start with the basics, explaining how a rebounder works with lymphatic drainage and lymphedema and I show a handful of exercises you can use in your routine or workout. I also show modifications for various levels, included SEATED rebounder exercises! When using the rebounder you are bound to get a great workout in a short amount of time. Always check with your doctor first, for safety before starting a new exercise routine.
