In this video you'll find the true answer to the questions "How To Lose My Belly Fat", or "How Do I Get Rid of Stubborn Fat on my Lower abs".
A lot of people think they're special snowflakes when it comes to body fat.
As soon as they hit their first plateau (scale not moving due to water weight, or calories are too high ) they think that almost all of their fat is stubborn.
In reality it's just a matter of reducing calories, having patience and holding that caloric deficit.
Only people who should really worry about those last few % of true stubborn belly fat are natural bodybuilders and physique competitors.
Most people, 90% of fitness models, models or Hollywood actors still have a little bit of body fat remaining because it's not worth pursuing this part unless your whole life depends on it.

Key points:
You can't reduce fat at a specific place, regardless of exercises you're doing.
Body fat will come off from all around the body with the center around the lower abs being the last part for men.
For women it's gonna be the glutes.
The way to get rid of lower belly fat is to simply reduce your total body fat level.
And to do this one has to be in an extended caloric deficit, with a decent workout plan and proper nutrition (most importantly enough protein).
The fundamentals will go A LOT way, a lot longer than most people think.
Most guys fall in the trap of searching for some special fat burning exercise / supplements / method while in reality they just need to cut calories more.
And it really comes down to dealing with satiety and hunger on a daily basis when you start hitting those very low body fat percentages.
Once again, anyone that's not a competitor doesn't have to deal with stubborn belly fat. That's just the final few % remaining that won't make ANY difference for a normal individual.
And to get rid of that final % takes more effort than getting from Fat to having your abs completely visible. It's just not worth the time and energy investment unless it's your profession.
In general when it comes to weight loss a lot of people have completely miss-managed expectations.
And we've been brainwashed over and over by the mainstream to think that fat loss should be effortless and easy. That there's no hunger or that you can lose pounds and pounds of fat on a weekly basis.
However in reality things don't work like that.
Everyone is happy before the first fat loss plateau or when hunger kicks in. Then instead of dealing with that because people had wrong expectations in the first place they quit and fall off.
One study showed how unrealistic are expectations of most people, when they asked them how much weight they wanna lose the average was 32% of total body weight lost in a few months.
That's an insane target, even for someone who's super skilled and knowledgeable and has all the right habits in place.
And we're talking about beginners here. They've been simply brainwashed by shows like "The Biggest Loser", magazines, supplement companies and other main stream media to believe that these numbers are realistic.
At the end of the study they lost about half of that target (16%) and almost non were happy about it. And they made A TON of progress.
That's just the world we live and it's a world that I'm looking to change and improve with this channel.
