Dodge Charger Daytona 5.7L 345 in slow speed chase with police. Top speed is likely 40mph & he still gets away without being caught. This Charger 5.7L is rolling around at night completely blacked out & lets the police make the error for him to escape. The "Undefeated Charger" makes this look like a turtle race. This is one of the slowest getaways I've seen in a Charger or Challenger.
