Have all that is above, then:

When the last of the four Portals dies, be where no one is within one block of you, and rapidly click "Heal Group" until you are on the dock again. Immediately after, rapidly click the "gangplank" to enter the veteran boat, because you can still make it in the next departure. If all has gone according to plan, you should have around 250 Lifepoints. You have many options in which you may use to get your Lifepoints near 1. First option: let a splatter explode under you or one block away from you (warning: they will hit 230 as a maximum). Second option: kill a splatter (warning: the knock-out hit will deal up to 230 lifepoints and the splatter exploding will deal another 230 lifepoints as a max). I advise running as soon as you hit. Third option: heal other person that is injured with "Heal Other". Fourth option: Energy transfer to a player and you will be hit for 100 lifepoints. Fifth option: take off your armor and let the Pests hit you down to low lifepoints. Sixth (but not the last) option: Heal group: find players that are injured, enter the vacinity of 1 block within them, and cast "Heal Group".

You, if knowledgable enough, will find ways to use all of these options quickly and effectively, together, so you can get to dealing 1000s to portals.
