Chidimma Vanessa Adetshina Onwe has been given a queenly welcome by the Enugu State government after her conquest in the just concluded Miss Universe pageant in Mexico.
The Miss Universe Nigeria 2024 winner was crowned Miss Universe Africa and Oceania after losing the Miss Universe crown to Miss Universe Denmark, Victoria Kjaer.
Her journey to Miss Universe wasn't an easy one as she faced so many challenges, including vile attacks from some South Africans who never wanted her in Miss SA pageant because of her Nigerian ancestory and an allegation of identity theft by her mother.
