Leptokarija (u slobodnom prevodu: Selo lešnika) nalazi se u okrugu Pijerija, na oko 90 kilometara udaljenosti od Soluna. Ovaj gradić je smešten na obali Egejskog mora, a ispod planine Olimp, tako da se planinska i morska vazdušna struja ovde susreću, dajući time Leptokariji epitet vazdušne banje. Voda u vodovodu se puni sa izvora na Olimpu tako da je jako kvalitetna. Iako je prvenstveno idealno mesto za miran porodični odmor, veliki izbor taverni, kafića, prodavnica, diskoteka i ostalih sadržaja učiniće Leptokariju primamljivom i onima koji očekuju nešto dinamičnije letovanje.

Leptokaria (loosely translated: Village of Hazelnuts) is located in the district of Pieria, about 90 kilometers from Thessaloniki.
