Recorded with XSplit. You must go to Dalaran in Northrend to obtain this achievement. Use the Portrait room in central Broken Isles Dalaran to go to Wyrmrest Temple, then head north to Dalaran.

Once you complete the quest "You're a Mean One...," you will be offered a quest "A Smokeywood Pasture's Thank You!" Complete this quest. On the following day, you will be sent a Winter Veil Disguise Kit from Greatfather Winter. Use the Winter Veil Disguise Kit to add it to your Toy Box. Then, head to Dalaran (Northrend) by use of the Wyrmrest Temple portal, then flying north. This can be reached by accessing the Portrait Room in central Dalaran (Broken Isles). Once there, use your Winter Veil Disguise Kit in your Toy Box Collection, then wait for another person to come and use their disguise kit. Once you are both snowmen, type /dance while you have them targeted to unlock this achievement. The A Frosty Shake achievement is required for the meta achievement Merrymaker.
