Here’s how being a Guest on “Profiles in Leadership” helps you create results:
First, we identify all your ecosystems or prospective ecosystems as a starting point.
Then we identify all your roles or prospective roles in those ecosystems.
What are outcomes you want to create within those ecosystems?
Then we can figure out how energies and resources should flow strategically between stakeholders to create your intended outcomes.
We begin to identify all the actions to take, and associated costs.
You’ll then share stories to secure agreement amongst enough stakeholders to collectively provide enough resources to get everything done that needs to get done to achieve the intended outcome of the story.
If you can efficiently organize and optimize all of the resources (we’re providing and intentionally evolving systems to support with that), then as soon as you have enough resources to get the job done, you can get the result that you want.
