Sake is one of the most requested souvenirs I get from family and friends, but I never know what to buy so this time I decided to test a bunch first! I figure why not, if I'm buying it for someone else anyways I may as well still have a little fun. This shop is great because they let you taste by glass, all you can drink, or you can do an AI tasting where you answer questions on your preferences (as you taste 10 different sake) and the AI will give you your tasting profile after.

I just did tasting by the glass, but had a great time and then bought my favourite bottle after! Anyone else done sake tasting in Tokyo? Let me know your favourite spots and I'll go check them out!
