5 ton single girder overhead crane installation in shipyard of Maldives
On 27th 10, the overhead crane engineering team started their business visit to Maldives for the installation of 5 ton European type single girder overhead crane. And also, it has the mission to conduct the onsite inspection of the other shipbuilding workshop for future installation of the other overhead crane and 50 ton and 100 ton electric winch.

The whole installation and inspection will be finished in 5 days from 27th October to 1st November. On the arrival on 27th, the main girder of the 5 ton overhead crane has been installed in the workshop. On the arrival, the crane engineer of Dongqi Hoist and Crane went through the working environment and the application conditions of the overhead crane to ensure sturdy and safety of the crane installation, worked out the complete crane installation plan, and installed the busbar, confirming the power conditions and electric control cabinet, making preparing working for the next day. In the next 4 days, the 5 ton single girder overhead crane will be installed completely and testing running will be conducted and recorded to make sure the overhead crane is the perfect condition.
