To Make Wheat Halwa
Wheat Flour - 1 Cup ( 250 Ml ) (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Moong Dal - 1/4 Cup (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Cashew Nuts (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Almonds (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Pistachio (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Raisins (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Powdered Jaggery - 1 Cup
Water - 1/2 Cup
Cardamom Powder
Ghee (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Method:
To a pan add moong dal and slightly roast it for 2-3 minutes.
Once roasted remove it from the pan and transfer it to a plate.
To the same pan, add ghee, add the cashew nuts and roast it.
Then add the almonds and Pistachios and raisins and roast it.
Once done remove it from the pan and transfer it to a plate.
To a mixer jar, add the roasted moong dal and grind it to a
fine powder. Once done, transfer it to a bowl and keep it
aside.
To a sause pan add one cup of powdered Jaggery and add half
cup of water and mix well. Once the jiggery is melted and it
starts boiling, remove it from the stove and keep it aside.
To a wide pan, add half cup of ghee and add one cup of wheat
flour. Then add three tbsp. of roasted and ground moong dal
powder. Mix the wheat flour and the moong dal flour with the
ghee .Roast it nicely for 2-3 minutes.
Once it is roasted add the strained jaggery syrup into the
wheat flour. Mix it well.
Then add the roasted cashews, almonds, pistachios and
raisins. Then add some caradamom powder and two tbsp. of
ghee. Mix it all together,
Delicious and Tasty wheat halwa is ready to be served nice
and hot.
