Today marked the first day 60007 ‘Sir Nigel Gresley’ return to the mainline since its repaint into BR Blue hauling ‘The Welsh Marches Express’
I was unfortunately at work during the outbound run to Shrewsbury. But finished in time to capture the inbound run to Bristol at Stokesay Castle. For people wanting to hear the A4 this isn’t a fatastic clip. But this location is one I’ve wanted to get for ages and shows the Welsh Marches off at its best. Also the requested Sun made an appearance.
