Ok so this is an actual, legit next expansion leak. It isn't a possible AI image, some guys predictions - someone has literally managed to datamine new achievements and mounts from the latest WoW build that very strongly indicates what the next expansion is going to be about.

This ties in perfectly with the Avaloren hints of a new continent, the new gryphon animations that were mysteriously added as well as all the recent titan hints and signs of their return. We got an actual mount from the 11.0 heroic edition, that is not only a titan rebel but also related to elemental powers.
