The province Jujuy is located in the north of Argentina and I stopped by on my way to Bolivia without expecting much of it. But it quickly surprised me and places such as Purmamarca and Humahuaca are clearly places that should be on everybody's travel list for Argentina.
For me Jujuy converted quickly into the most underrated place of Argentina. It is rich in culture, has a very unique, beautiful and colourful nature and delicious food.
Make sure to not miss out on the Salinas Grandes, Purmamarca and its mountain of seven colours and Humahuaca.
