Aging is a natural part of life we all need to embrace, but there are very simple things you can do to slow it down.
1. Low Energy? Increase your activity to 7,000+ steps per day, ideally outdoors. It can make a big difference within days.
2. Slow recovery time? Reduced intensity with increased frequency works better for many people after middle age.
3. Loss of strength? Anabolic resistance and sarcopenia are risks we all need to combat with more strength training. Aim for a combined 75 min per week, spread out over the week (see #2 above).
