Richard III is perhaps one of the most controversial monarchs in the entire history of English kings and queens.
Traditionally he’s been cast as a villain - after all, didn’t he steal the throne from a child - his older brother’s son - who he subsequently had killed or potentially eve murdered himself?
But maybe things aren’t as simple as that - is it possible he was actually a good king who was himself illegally overthrown - someone whose name and reputation was dragged though the mud by history’s victors … the Tudors? In this video, we’ll take a closer look.
