Chicken mince samosas are a firm favourite at most parties! But making the filling is a little different. We had a request from a viewer recently to show how we make our chicken samosa filling.
Ingredients
250g chicken mince (makes approx. 2 dozen samosas - increase quantities as required)
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp mixed masala
1 tsp chicken spice
1 tsp hurdee
1/2 tsp mixed dried herbs
1 tsp crushed ginger and garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tbs mayonnaise
Fill samosas as per the previous video for mince and cheese and corn samosas
