Road tunnel opened in 2013 runs through the hole under Mount Palay-Palay National Park ( aka Mt. Pico de Loro ), currently the Philippines' longest subterranean tunnel. Located along Nasugbu - Ternate Hi-way
This tunnel links the towns of Ternate, Cavite and Nasugbo Batangas. This 300-meter tunnel is the part of the 6-kilometer Tourism Road in Cavite that cuts travel time from Manila to Nasugbu and Calatagan, Batangas from the usual 4 hours via Tagaytay to just a little over one hour.

Sorry to tell you guys, The Kaybiang Tunnel will be considered "No Tourism zone" started last March 19, 2021 due to traffic problems in the area.
Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla said the heavy traffic caused by thousands of bicycles, motorbikes and other vehicles that parked in the area. Motorists were dropping by to take pictures and selfies at the area of the Kabiang Tunnel that caused the traffic.
