From 1987 here's a look at Big Guns from Williams Pinball! This game was designed by Mark Ritchie and the late, great Python Anghelo who also provided the amazing artwork seen in the game,
In the game you play as a knight ordered to save the queen of the castle. How? By loading up THE BIG GUNS. This game has two cannons you can lock the balls into and they shoot out onto metal ramps for a big multiball mode. The game has two sets of flippers and thankfully my buddy Dave here put brand new flipper assemblies into the top set and the game played amazing.
You'll notice that the backbox is a lot bigger then most games of the era. Well, that's because Python wanted more room for his artwork and the folks at Williams agreed! The game really stands out and if you can find one that plays well make sure you check it out!
