INGREDIENTS.
- [ ] .
- [ ] 1/3 rd cup White peas .
- [ ] 2 tbsp chickpeas.
- [ ] 1/4 th cup green grams ( chickpea ).
- [ ] 1 & 1/2 cup Mung , Moth & Masoor Sprouts.
- [ ] 1 tbsp. Misal masala.
- [ ] 1 tbsp. cumin coriander powder. - [ ] 1 dry & 3 spring onions. - [ ] 1 tomato 🍅. - [ ] 3 tbsp. red kashmiri chilly powder.
- [ ] 1 spicy green chilly.
- [ ] 7-8 garlic cloves.
- [ ] 2-3 cubs ginger.
- [ ] 2 tbsp. coconut 🥥paste. - [ ] Salt to taste.
- [ ] 3 tbsp.oil , 1 tsp. Mustard seeds & Cumin.
- [ ] 1/2 tsp. Hing- Asafoietida.
- [ ] 1/2 tsp. Turmeric.
- [ ] Water as required.
- [ ] 6-7 fresh curry leaves.
- [ ] 1/4 th cup Coriander. - [ ] 1 cup khatta mitha namkin / chevda. - [ ] 1 tbsp. lemon juice 🍋.

- [ ] RECIPE.

- [ ] Take a coconut, chilly, onion, curry leaves, tomato, ginger, garlic in a mixer n make a paste.
- [ ] .
- [ ] First of all soak overnight white peas, chickpeas, green chickpeas & boil it with salt & turmeric. Now boil sprouts same way........ Next heat oil in a pan & add Rai-jeera, hing, turmeric & coconut ginger chilly onion pase te & saute it for 2-3 mints..... then add water & add all spices & again add water & cook it with lid for 3-4 mints. Next add boil pulses & sprouts & water & again cook it for 10 mints ... at last add lime juice 🍋 , coriander & serve with pav , namkin / tikhamitha chevda.
