Soviet Cosmonaut Georgy Beregovoi stepped from the jet airliner at Nvukovo Airport and walked across red carpet to report to Communist Party chief Leonid Brezhnev, Premier Alexei Kosygin and President Nikolai Podgorny. Mr.Brezhnev kissed the Cosmonaut on the cheek followed by Mr.Kosygin and Mr. Podgorny. Cosmonaut Colonel Beregovoi with friends and family drives into City along route lined with cheering people. Later he was awarded to honours and made an Air Force Major General.
