After three people were killed and three others injured in a crash in Pasadena over the weekend, authorities started to examine whether alcohol and speed were factors in the incident.
Preliminary reports indicated that the car driven by 22-year-old Mohed Samuel was traveling nearly three times the posted speed limit of 35 mph when it lost control and crashed into an apartment building, according to authorities.
