Hello everyone. Welcome back to the Control Explained segment of Gaming University. Today, we continue our examination of lore brought up during the Foundation DLC.

Deep in the darkest Caverns of the Oldest House's Foundation, Dr. Ash discovered a life form. Naming them the ID, he named a few and spent time with them until their disposition changed and they became violent. Ever since, anyone who goes down into the Deep Caves are attacked. What are the ID? In this video we look at clues found in the story and attempt to riddle out exactly what these creatures are. During this process, we will explore aspects of Freudian Psychology and Creation stories across multiple cultures.
