It took me quite a while to locate these falls and plan the flight. A very attractive and interesting waterfall and location. Rumour has it that two young boys in the 50's moved some rocks beside the beck to allow some water to form a small waterfall down into the then abandoned flagstone quarry which then enlarged. Unfortunately they inadvertently caused some flooding lower down the slopes which washed away a track - and we are left with this amazing sight of a tremendous waterfall.
