Friday is here! Let’s make a Dirty Snowman - hot chocolate affogato with baileys!

Making this for the kids? Just leave out the baileys! I made my own homemade hot chocolate for this recipe, but if you’re in a pinch, you can use a packet of hot chocolate!

Ingredients (Makes 4)
2 cups of milk
2 1/2 T sugar
3 T cocoa powder
Splash of vanilla
1/2 t Salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips
8 scoops of vanilla ice cream
4 shots of Bailey’s
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings

Directions
1. In a saucepan, mix together 2 c milk, 2 1/2 T sugar, 3 T cocoa powder, splash of vanilla, and 1/2 t salt and continuously stir
2. As it warms up, stir in the 1/4 cup chocolate chips and continue to warm until your desired drinking temperature
3. In a glass, add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Top them with a shot of baileys then pour over about 1/2 cup of hot chocolate
4. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings
