The name of the city itself comes from the word colmena - a beehive from Spanish. Therefore, it is not surprising that there is a honey museum.

The Feria mosto y chacina gastronomic festival is also held here every year. I really wanted to try mosto, and what a surprise it was that it wasn't grape juice, as my Antonio claimed. Alcohol is perfectly felt there, because it is a young wine. I would say an amateur. But it's not a pity for 1.5 euros.
There
is also a lot of this wine for free at the festival. You can also try different sausages, cheese, honey, olive oil and sweets.

It is convenient that in the city center the street and the square are wide enough that there is no strong crush, but there are almost no tourists either. So it's an ideal option to escape for a short time and not far from Malaga. Only 30 minutes away from her.
