So in this video, I go over why I recommend the Xbox One Kinect, Also called the Kinect 2.0. It's a fun way to get some lighter exercise, it's cheaper now that it has been discontinued, and the games are quite cheap too. It's quite advanced for the time and arguably a better piece of technology than the WII and PS Move. You don't even need to use any controllers. Just Dance is probably the best game for it, I have also been having a lot of fun with Kinect Sports Rivals and Fruit Ninja. It uses a large camera, microphone, and IR sensors to track where you are in the room. I been playing the games on my Xbox One X and its been a blast and the graphics are good.
