Today I've played one of my favorites from the Super Nintendo era - a pretty solid action/adventure/RPG title. I used to rent this when it was released over and over until one of my parents finally bought it for me. Not sure why I liked it so much, but it's been in my rotation ever since.
The pixelated transitions are simply from when I stopped Camtasia, but I only leveled in a few places off-camera. The second part, in Hujia, I had to do over after I had already completed the game, for some reason I lost that section - so there might be a one level discrepancy.
The story is decent enough and there is plenty of room for hidden things and exploration. And I have to say I am actually very impressed by the translation of this game - in a time where you might run into a script that appeared to be typed by a three year old....not only almost no errors in the text, but the prose is incredible.
I got all the HP/MP containers, items, power ups...I did everything you can do. Questions/comments welcome. And no I never finished Drakkhen - I found it a truly bizarre game, although it had some really great music.
