The Prosperity Treasure Pot or Poon Choy is a traditional one-pot dish composed of meat, seafood and vegetables served in a rich broth. This dish is especially popular during Chinese New Year as it is believe to bring abundance and prosperity to those who consume it. Try cooking this for your family at home this festive season.

Ingredients
200g radish
200 lightly fried pumpkin
300g chinese cabbage
30g fu chok (dried beancurd)
30g fish maw (soaked with hot water)
8pc dried mushrooms
1 small pack of fatt choy (soaked with water)
6 dried Dried oysters (soaked with water)
120g Sea cucumber
8pcs Fresh white prawns
3 braised abalones in 1 can
100g roasted pork belly
1 roast duck drumstick
1 cup broccoli
1/4 carrot
Broth and Gravy
1 thumb size ginger (sliced)
2tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1 litre chicken stock
1/4 cup dried scallop (soaked in water)
100ml braised abalone stock
300 ml water.
1 cap shao xing wine
1 tbsp corn four (with 50ml water)
