An Israeli air strike on a school sheltering displaced Palestinians in Gaza City killed at least 90, according to the Hamas-run health ministry in the enclave. But “as so often in this conflict,” explained FRANCE 24’s Jerusalem correspondent Irris Makler, “there is a battle of narratives.” Israel claims Hamas and Islamic Jihad militants were sheltering in the school and dispute the numbers.
