Callixte Nsabimana, the man who calls himself Sankara, Former Spokesperson of the FLN Terrorist Group appeared again in the Nyanza-based High Court Chamber of International and Cross-border Crimes on Tuesday.
The Defendant once again admitted his guilt on all 17 counts to the Court in Nyanza District and proceedings on Tuesday were slowed down by the sheer number of claims for compensation put forward by victims of FLN Terrorist Attacks on Rwandan soil, including 2 Bus Companies that lost a total of 3 of their buses that were incinerated by the attackers in Nyamagabe District when Callixte Nsabimana was serving as the Group's Spokesperson.
He told Judges that the FLN Group was formed by the CNRD Ubwiyunge Party that was led by Laurent Ndagijimana also known as General Wilson Irasubiza after he broke away from the FDLR Terrorist Group in June 2016.
Sankara, as he calls himself, also said at the time he was serving as the Communications Officer of the RNC Group and that he and a few others left the group in October 2017 to form their own Party, RLM comprised of only 8 people, with Nsabimana as its leader.
