On September 27, 2024, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo led a worship service at the Local Congregation of Pandacan, Ecclesiastical District of Maynila, in celebration of its 100th anniversary.

The homily encouraged Church members to remain faithful to God and obedient to His teachings. It emphasized that despite the increasing challenges in life, trusting in God helps in overcoming trials and receiving salvation.
