The state government is all set to approach the Kerala High Court against former power minister and CPM politburo member Pinarayi Vijayan in the SNC-Lavalin case.
The government will file a petition pointing out the lower court did consider many crucial evidence and therefore the order acquitting Pinarayi was not right. Director General of Prosecution T. Asif Ali will submit the petition on behalf of the government
