Three people died and another person is in the hospital after a Tesla Cybertruck crashed and burst into flames Wednesday morning in the Bay Area. Piedmont Police Chief Jeremy Bowers told KTVU that dispatchers got an auto alert from a vehicle at 3:08 a.m. that it had gotten into a collision at Hampton Road and King Avenue. At the same time, a 911 call came in about the same crash. Bowers said when officers got to the intersection, they found the Tesla engulfed in flames between a retaining wall and a sidewalk.
