I hate this “What If” loop because it’s paralyzing. I know you’re sick of doubting, questioning, fearing and resisting everything you want...so let’s smash this overthinking together!
It’s time for you to break free from this negative crap with a 🖐 High Five Attitude! 🖐 Here’s how: The next time you hear yourself say “What if…”
Insert:
🔑 WHAT IF it all works out?
🔑 WHAT IF this turns out to be the best decision I’ve ever made?
🔑 WHAT IF I look back 6 months from now and this is the moment I found the courage to be myself?
🔑 WHAT IF something amazing is happening and I just need to believe it?
That last one is EVERYTHING. I do believe something amazing is happening for you. It WILL work out for you.
