This classic sponge cake is very soft and light. it is made by separating the eggs, combining the yolks with flour, oil, milk and sugar before making a meringue.

▶️ Ingredients:
Ingredients
1) Egg 5
2) Milk 1/4 Cup
3) Oil 3 Tbsp
4) All purpose flour 1/2 Cup
5) Salt 1/8 Tsp
6) Sugar 3/8 Cup
▶️ Cooking method
1) Separate white and yolk of 5 eggs, into 2 bowls
2) Add milk and oil into the egg yolks
3) Whisk until homogenous.
4) Place a sieve, add all purpose flour and salt. Swift.
5) Whisk until well combined
6) Beat the white and gradually add sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form.
7) Add 1/3rd of the beaten white into the yolk mixture. Mix well.
8) Pour back into the white. Mix and combine well.
9) Prepare the cake mould and pour the batter
10) Tap and place it into a larger pan
11) Pour 200ml of boiling water into the larger pan.
12) Bake for 30 minutes in a Preheated oven at 320°F/160°C
