Exactly one year ago, I started uploading videos to YouTube, and to celebrate this milestone, I wanted to do something special. I've never cooked any sweets in the forest yet and pancakes are one of my favorites, so it seemed to be a good choice. And what else could you do in a winter forest in -3 celsius degrees, than cooking pancakes, right?
Ingredients for 4-5 pancakes:
120g Flour
1 Egg
4-5 dl Milk
A pinch of cinnamon
Filling: What you like, I made two kinds: cinnamon sugar and homemade strawberry jam
Some fruits for extra flavor
