-Seeking clarifications about iGOT on line learning platform
• The Department of Posts has sought clarifications about the online learning courses available on the iGOT platform
• The following are the main issues which were raised by the staff side.
• Compensatory Time off extended Training Sessions.
• Classification of Training Courses (Mandatory and Non Mandatory)
• Compensation for Internet charges if training is done using the own mobile or computer at home or office.
• Conducting Mandatory Training locally as group sessions
• Non linking of Karmayogi training completion with APAR.
• The DOP sought immediate clarifications on the above from the CEO Karmayogi Bharat on 28.11.2024 for suitable action and appraise the staff unions.
