This day I was traveling to South Lake Tahoe CA. I love this area and spend a lot of time there. It is 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2,379 sq ft house on the 0.21 acres lot. It is beautifully designed with a lot of wooden accents. This area is so popular for visitors and can be a great investment or second home. Also a lot of my sellers in Bay Area would like to know some of the California areas to move in. I also include my video of the bear encounter I had in the lake area and it was really close and scarry!
