Running north up Offa's Dyke, crossing over the river, and running back south along the Wye Valley Walk. A beautiful, quiet run. You can run for a couple of miles at a time without seeing anyone, especially on the west side of the river. This footage is from May, and the wild garlic and bluebells were out in abundance.
