House Speaker John Boehner held a news conference Thursday morning stressing the need for bipartisan support on fiscal issues such as reigning in Obamacare.
When a reporter asked for a reaction to Russian President Vladimir Putin's op-ed in the New York Times, Boehner said, "I was insulted."
Boehner declined to elaborate.
