Pros:

- Cold shoe mounting option

Cons:
-Price
- 3/8 thread mounting option

Verdict:

I slightly prefer the Røde VideoMicro sound quality with how my voice sounds. It sounds a bit richer and deeper.

I don’t mind using either mic for my day to day use.


Notes:

I have a 3/8 to 1/4-20 adapter on the Røde to make attaching to tripod(s) easier.
