Paneer - 400 g
Capcicum chopped - 1/2
Tamatar - 2 + 1
Kaju - 10 - 12
Magajdana - 2-3 tsp
Adrak - 1 inch + 1/2 tsp + 1/2 I
Hari mirch - 2 + 1
Ghee - 5-6 tsp
Haldi - 1/4 tsp + 1/2 tsp+ 1/2 tsp
Kasmiri lal mirch - 1/2 tsp + 1 tsp + 1 tsp
Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
Namak as per taste
Tezpatta - 2
Long - 1
Hari elaichi - 2
Bari elaichi - 1
Daalchini - 1 chhota tukra
Javitri
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Jira seeds - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 10 - 12
Hing - 1/2 tsp s
Hara dhaniya
Kasuri methi - 1-2 tsp
Fresh malai
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
For lachha paratha -
Maida - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 2-3 tsp
Normal water as required
