TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. SAME DAY DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY

This is based on the delivery schedule and is applicable to any customer ordering the minimum quantity order amount for their respective city. This varies from 7- 10 bags of our main product which is white maize. To qualify, the customer simply has to order the minimum required amount for this option via our website and the delivery will be fulfilled by Mwanaka Fresh Farm Foods drivers.

2. MULTIPLE PICK UP POINTS

This is a new delivery option which will be for now, available in some cities also based on the delivery schedule. This is an option for any customers who DO NOT qualify for same day door to door deliveries due to not meeting minimum quantity order amount, i.e. any customers ordering 6 bags or less based on the example provided above.

(a) because all orders will be placed online this year, that is, customers will be asked to pay for orders before they are delivered, and in the event that the customer does not turn up to meet the driver, then NO REFUND will be given.
(b)If a customer does not get their order through a fault of our own, we will rightfully refund them or reschedule their delivery for the next time we deliver in their city]=/=]}+

3. MEET UP WITH OUR DRIVER

This option is for cities that we DO NOT yet have the option for pick up points. It is also for any customers who DO NOT qualify for same day door to door deliveries due to NOT meeting minimum quantity order amounts, i.e. any customers ordering 6 bags or less based on the example provided above. Our driver will get in touch with you before arriving in your city and arrange with you where to meet. Please note the following below;
(a) because all orders will be placed online this year, that is, customers will be asked to pay for orders before they are delivered, and in the event that the customer does not turn up to meet the driver, then NO REFUND will be given.
(b)If a customer does not get their order through a fault of our own, we will rightfully refund them.

4. LOCAL TAXI COMPANY OPTION

This is a new option this year and is so far only available in a few SELECTED CITIES. Customers can select this option if its available for their city on the checkout page upon completing their purchase. Due to the fact that the items will be delivered by local taxi company, the following applies;
(a) This option is for customer addresses within a 5 (five) mile radius from our drop off points, choose this option at check out to check for eligibility
