Talk’s Julia Hartley-Brewer and farmer and agri-tech entrepreneur James Wright discuss the impact of the new 20% inheritance tax on family farms worth over £1 million.
Speaking from a protest in Westminster, Wright, a first-generation farmer, highlighted the financial strain this tax would impose, noting that farming is not profitable enough to cover such taxes.
He calls for the Government to U-turn on the decision, which was announced in Rachel Reeves' Budget.
